Thelma (Goodrich) Barnhart, age 93 of Olivet, Michigan, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at her residence with her loving family at her side. Thelma was born August 13, 1920 in Brookfield Township, Eaton County the daughter of Ivan and Ella (Hahn) Goodrich and was a lifelong area resident. She was a former Lee Township Clerk having served in that position for 16 years and was a member of the Marshall Women of the Moose Lodge #676. Surviving are: two daughters, Loraine Sue Trudell of Wisconsin and Sally Anne (Stanley) Jeffery of Olivet; Grandchildren, Craig (Cheryl) Trudell, Sean Trudell, Kyle (Sandy) Trudell, Shannon Jeffery and Stacey (David) Gaskill; 12 great grandchildren and sister, Yvonne (Lee) Williamson of Charlotte. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband of 63 years, Bert Barnhart in 2002 and sisters, Doris Goodrich and Naoma Moore. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home in Charlotte with Pastor Winford Collins officiating. Interment will be in the Lee Center Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Mar. 9, 2014 from 2-5 P. M. at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lee Center Church.
