Ronald Glenn LeSeney

Ronald Glenn LeSeney, age 87, of Charlotte, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services. He was born on February 4, 1939, in Charlotte, the son of Glenn and Helen (Northrup) LeSeney.

Ron graduated from Charlotte High School in 1957. He went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force during the Cuban Missile Crisis, a time in his life that reflected duty and commitment. After his military service, he retired from General Motors following many faithful years of service.

A proud and important part of Ronald’s life was his marriage to Barbara Lavengood on March 21, 1964. He and Barb also loved spending time at their home in Fort Myers, Florida, a place that held many special memories. They also enjoyed going on multiple cruises throughout the entire world. In his spare-time he enjoyed spending time on the golf course, bowling with friends, and all MSU and Lansing Catholic sports. Ronald will be remembered for a life marked by service, dedication, and love for the places and people that mattered most to him.

Ron is survived by his son, Michael (Melanie) LeSeney; grandson, Christopher LeSeney; great-grandchildren, Bryce Chistopher LeSeney, Mysti Miller; and brother, William LeSeney.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara; son, Steven LeSeney; grandson, Ryan LeSeney; and granddaughter, Jennifer LeSeney.

In keeping with Ron's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.
