Raul Alberto Felman

Raul Alberto Felman, age 67, of Lansing, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025. He was born November 3, 1957, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Raul was a man of many passions and accomplishments who dedicated his life to the joy of those around him.

He spent many years working in the international trade of veterinarian supplies, showcasing his dedication and expertise in his field. Raul was currently employed at Peckham in Lansing, where he continued to make a positive impact. His charismatic personality was evident in both his professional and personal interactions, earning him the admiration and respect of colleagues and friends alike.

An avid traveler, Raul had a love for exploration that took him around the globe. He found immense joy in sharing gifts and experiences with others, reflecting his generous spirit. His love for Argentinian soccer was matched by his passion for fast cars, eating out, and cooking for family and friends. Raul's culinary skills and adventurous palate brought together those he cherished most, crafting memories that will last a lifetime.

Above all else, Raul, adored his family and loved each and everyone of them in a special way. Throughout his life, Raul, had a special bond with his mother, Luba. He carried her close to his heart even after her death.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Enrique (Coca) Felman and Luba Gelbart and father-in-law, Darwin Smith.

Raul is survived by his loving wife, Traci; children, Mirya (Adam) Holland, Ashley Felman, Jonathan Felman; grandchildren, Aidon Brion, Brody Brion, Ophelia Holland, Jay Eastman; brothers, Daniel (Cheryl) Felman, Ricardo (Dora) Felman; mother-in-law, Camilla Smith; sister-in-law, Tamara (Dennis) Boutwell; brothers-in-law, Tim (Alice) Smith, Todd Smith, Troy (Melissa) Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Catholic Community of St. Jude 801 N. Bridge Street, DeWitt, MI 48820 on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A graveside service will be held immediately following at the DeWitt Cemetery.

Those desiring may make contributions in Raul’s memory to his family to assist with expenses.
