Dale A. Pryor

Dale A. Pryor of Charlotte, MI, age 80, died Wed. Feb. 11, 2015 after a short illness. Dale was born May 2, 1934 in Lansing, MI the son of George W. and Margaret (Catterlin) Pryor and had been a Charlotte resident most of his life. He was a Graduate of Charlotte High School and had served honorably in the U. S. Navy. He was a member of the Eaton Area Senior Center, the Capitol City Old Car Club, the Operating Engineers #324, the Good Sam Camping Club and was a former member of the Charlotte Country Club. Surviving are: his wife of 57 years, Coranne (Derby) Pryor; 2 sons, Steven Dale (Bethany) Pryor of Clinton Township and Eric (Cheryl) Pryor of Charlotte; 5 grandchildren, Carley (Brad) Woodhull, Marole Pryor, Amy Pryor, Erica Pryor and Lauren Pryor and 1 great grandchild, Avery Woodhull. He was preceded in death by: his parents, George and Margaret Pryor and his sister, Gretta Agnes Ryan. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 at the Burkhead-Green Funeral Home in Charlotte with Rev. Charles Jenson officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Eaton County Medical Care Facility Foundation.
